On 9/12 we discussed physical signage of the bike node network.
It was a worldcafé format where participants wrote and commented suggestions of bike signs.
Top of mind:
- a recongnisable signage is needed;
- not only signage, also overview and orientation maps;
- a digital only network seen as a missed opportunity.
Also
- signage could be enlarged to a larger discussion on orientation in slow modus in the city: walking routes, functional or recreational routes
example: a reference case Legible London (https://tfl.gov.uk/info-for/boroughs-and-communities/legible-london) for pedestrians and operated by transport for London.
Here is the tagcloud of the worldcafé:
Some updates on the overall project were given in exlcusive mode to the audience. Mh curious?
