The bikenode.brussels project team created its sustainability vision over the winter using the methodology of MVO Vlaanderen and their sustainability framework.
Here is the vision and intent of this sustainability project:
Vision:
Create and maintain a bikenode network and ecosystem
- in a participative manner
- with a recreational and artistic viewpoint
This thanks to a Jugaad cooperative model in partnership and with a positive return on the #slow tourism Ecosystem
Intent
The intent is to create a positive return to the Brussels slow tourism ecosystem of 3,7 million euros per year in three years or 15000 € per km of signaged bike network
