Here is the latest news - (this 8/2) on the winter handicap:
Route: the route of the preliminary program is indeed confirmed;
However, the start will be at 2:00 PM (1:45 PM at the latest behind the start line) and not at 1:00 PM in order not to interfere with the end of a sailing race on the course near the Brussels Royal Yacht Club (BRYC) and to allow the passage of barges between the two events.
Captains' meeting: briefing at 12pm at RSNB1865
Boarding at the pontoon by number from 12:20 PM
A volunteer-run stand offers soup, an assortment of quiches, and an assortment of savory tarts before and after the race (cash/Payconiq payment); the clubhouse offers a variety of soft drinks, sports drinks, coffee, and beer/wine
The prize-giving ceremony will take place on the 1st floor in the table tennis room (1st floor) next to the clubhouse after the race around 4:45 PM.
Otherwise nothing changes, we keep our good spirits.
